Tomás M. Casalins

He was born in Buenos Aires in 1976.

Lawyer. Universidad Católica Argentina SMBA. (2003).

LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance (Fordham University School of Law, New York, NY – 2015).

Member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (CPACF) and the Province of Buenos Aires (San Isidro) Bar Association (CASI).

Admitted to the New York State Bar (2017).

He is currently a Partner at Fox Horan & Camerini LLP (New York).

Between 2003 and 2007 he worked as an Associate at Casalins-Abogados.

His practice includes providing advice to local and foreign clients, including individuals and companies, mostly focused on investments in Latin America. He has extensive experience in the formation of companies, design of corporate structures and restructuring.  In addition, he has extensive experience in estate and tax planning in different jurisdictions in Latin America and in the formation of trusts and private foundations.

Founding member and current President of the Argentine Lawyers Association of New York (2018).
