He was born in Buenos Aires in 1967. Lawyer (U.B.A. – 1994).

He advises individuals and industrial, commercial and agricultural companies on matters of family, capacity, inheritance, bankruptcy and creditors’ proceedings, national and foreign companies, contracts and litigation in general.  He has significant experience in trusts in general and in advising surface rights holders in relation to hydrocarbon exploitations that affect their properties.  He works in the City of Buenos Aires, in the San Isidro district and in the provinces of Mendoza, Río Negro and Santa Cruz.

Professor of Procedural Law in the Training Program for Lawyers (P.E.A.) of the foro de estudios sobre la administración de justicia (fores).

He was a member of the Fiorito Law Firm (1996-2000), advising and representing banking entities in litigation, and advised in the H. Constituent Convention Santa Fe – Paraná, 1994.

Member of the San Isidro Bar Association (CASI) and the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (CPACF).
