He advises companies based in the City of Buenos Aires and with agricultural and industrial developments in the interior of the country.

He is a permanent advisor to surface rights holders in oil and gas exploitations in the provinces of Mendoza, Santa Cruz and Neuquén.

Advises on family law, determinations of capacity, succession planning and inheritance process.

Advises clients on contracts, trusts and their management to trustees and settlors.

Co-founder member (1976) and former president (2004 – 2005) of the Foro de Estudio sobre la Administración de Justicia (fores), an institution dedicated to the improvement of the judicial system that initiated the movement of opinion on reforms to the Argentine judicial system; he was a professor in the FORES Lawyers Training Program.

He chaired the Youth Commission of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (1979 – 1980).

He was a partner of the Law Firms: Fiorito 1995 – 2000, Lynch & Asociados 1980 – 1994; Mayer, Lobos and Clucellas 1978-1979; Lanusse & Lynch 1974 – 1977. He did rented internships at Estudio Bacqué, Canale Demaría, Crespo and Areco 1972 – 1973; Pueyrredón-Laura 1970-1971;

He participated in programs and works of Fores on the judicial system, the Supreme Court, the legal profession and access to Justice.

Member of the San Isidro Bar Association (CASI) and the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (CPACF).

He is a member of the Argentine Institute of Genealogical Sciences.
